First off, don't get used to me writing much on this high tech journal. But I will be honest that this makes journal writing super easy. I just finished a essay I wrote for my English class. I wrote it on my wife Katie. I had to pick a topic where we have had opposite opinions. I had to write about what has led her to have a certain opinion. As I wrote on about her I couldn't write anything bad. Suddenly I found myself seeing how much she does for our future family. Ya that means you buttheads (as in the kids). She truly does so much and I am so in love with her. She is so great and sacrifices so much just so we can have a better life. Who would of thought that a simple homework assignment could be so good on my soul. Well it may have to do with the fact that I am at BYU where that is not only appropriate but expected. (That was a huge diss on other schools). I think I really want to use this Journal for funny events, things that I personally learn, or big events. I am going to try and cut the fluff out. I mean who cares that today I got to eat a fancy lunch with deans, advisors, and other high rollers for a meeting, free lunch and I got paid. I did all of that while katie probably had coke and chips. See those events I may not care about later on in life. But knowing me I will most likely include random ideas, thoughts, or stories that would be good if I knew how to be a good story-teller.
Remember all of the nice things I wrote about Katie. Well she just put a close (clothes?) pin on my ear and it hurt me really bad.....

I rest my case
